The Relumins 3500mg can be used as a 30 day or 2-1/2 week supply:
- For 3500mg per week -  use one vial per week
- For 7000mg per week - use two vials per week
 
Sub-lingual Administration: 
- Mix the Vitamin C/Saline Solution (5ml) with the Glutathione Powder.
- Draw out ¼ of the solution (approx. 1.25ml) and drip it under the tongue
- Keep it there as long as possible (up to 10 minutes)
- Swallow the remainder
- Repeat morning and evening for 2 days
- Wait 1 to 2 days and begin again
